My parents were in town for a brief visit towards the end of June. Everyone had a grand old time, as usual when any grandparent is in town.

Henry and Emma had been to a birthday party not too long before and had gotten waterguns as party favors. Watching kids with their first waterguns is a treat, let me tell you. Henry had a great time, not only squirting me but also himself!

Not so much enjoyment when the tables were turned, though, and someone else was doing the squirting and he was on the receiving end.

We ended the visit with some fresh watermelon. Watching kids eat watermelon is even more of a treat than the waterguns. Give it a whirl.
