Emma and Henry have been playing a lot of dress-up lately using some costumes we inherited from cousin Maggie Smith.
We have Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella to choose from, along with a fantastic assortment of “high heels.” We’ll be adding some pirate and fireman costumes to the mix soon so that poor Henry doesn’t have to be a princess any more.
On this particular night I came home from work and was roped into playing, too! Emma picked out a “prince outfit” for me: navy blue blazer, heart neck-tie and a lovely tiara.
I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty, I feel pretty and witty and bright!
That is cute…Todd almost cropped it out, but I happended to be in the room at the time and commented on how cute it was too. What a save for our boy!
That’s hilarious. “I’m going to dress up as a princess and push a Strawberry Shortcake stroller around, but it’s going to have a POWER TOOL in it!”
