Winter Camp 2012
For the second year in a row we joined our Cub Scout troop for Winter Camp at Camp Marin Sierra. Thankfully the snow wasn’t as late as I am getting these pictures up.

First Snow
In mid-January Henry, Emma and I joined the rest of Cub Scout Pack 28 for a weekend trip to Camp Marin Sierra, just inside the Tahoe National Forrest a few hours to the east of us.

Student of The Day
On the day I came back from Japan in December the stars aligned and many things happened. First, Emma’s class performed The Ginger Bread Man. Second, we saw Emma’s first piano recital. Henry was not to be left out, though.

We had a rare storm sweep into Southern California from the NE this past weekend. Our weather usually comes from the warm Pacific, but this storm brought chilly weather from the mountains our way.
