Being a two-camera family comes with its share of problems. Marla is now “competing” with me as the most shutter-happy of the household. Her camera is always nearby, whether it’s when playing in the house or out and about with Emma and Henry.
It is a struggle to keep ahead of the curve with prints and posts to the website. She’s also competing for my rechargable batteries, but that’s another story.
On the plus side, though, I get to see all of the things that I normally would have missed while I’m away at work. (Come to think of it, so do you!)
The pro’s definitely outweigh the con’s.
Emma smashed all previous records on the cuteness scale last night. She and Henry were sitting together on the couch when she leaned over and gave him a big hug.
“Oh, Henry, you’re my best friend in the whole world.”
I thought Marla was going to cry.
Speaking of Emma, being around two parents with cameras glued to their face has had a profound impact on Emma. I posted a few pictures she’d taken back in April but as you can see in this set she’s really improving.
She has a pretty, uh, unique eye when it comes to composition. Is this what the world looks like to a 3-year old?
No wonder they act the way they do!
