On the way home from our visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Henry and I stopped at Marina State Beach. While we’d hoped to spend some more time hopping on rocks and exploring tide pools the wide, sandy beach and giant dunes (apparently among the tallest in California) proved to be just as much fun.
We spent just a little over an hour playing and, despite best intentions, ended up wet up to our knees in no time. Lucky for Henry, he had a second change of clothes in the car. I, on the other hand, spend the rest of the morning with wet feet as we drove the 100 or so miles back home.
I could go for seeing Image #5 on one of your expensive walls!
