My father happened to be in town for my birthday this year so the whole clan went out for a fancy fondue dinner at the new Melting Pot in San Clemente. The kids behaved well and really enjoyed themselves… even more so when the chocolate fondue came out for desert! Continue reading
After recovering from their bout with the flu, Granma and Granpa were ready for more fun with the kids. We returned to the farm for one last visit, this time down to the banks of the Broad River. We ended the day by having dinner with an old friend. Continue reading
We made chocolate ice cream the other week and, as you can see, the kids seemed to enjoy it. It was the first time we’d attempted making chocolate and it turned out fairly well. I think that Emma and Henry would have enjoyed it either way! Continue reading
